About the Trade Manager (Personal Care) Role:
As the Trade Manager (Personal Care), you will focus on developing and implementing the marketing plans that grow long-term consumer demand and meet company's business and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of the marketing activities within the agreed budget
• Manage all aspects of marketing activities including brand promotion and media support, consumer promotions, channel management support and other activities
• Work with distributors and third party suppliers to deliver the marketing plan in a timely and cost effective basis

To succeed in this Trade Manager (Personal Care) role, you must be comfortable with pricing strategies, able to deliver marketing activities and understand end-to-end marketing concepts.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• At least seven years’ marketing/trading related experience in an FMCG/retail company with a proven track record
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, hardworking and willing to learn
• Strong passion for trading/marketing
• Experience in data analysis
