About the Marketing Manager Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be working as an individual contributor responsible for defining the core category growth strategies, market share targets and promotion investment level within the total market context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing portfolio segmentation and product strategies and drive deployment
• Defining and prioritising development priorities and improvements
• Securing product profitability through product life cycle management
• Providing an external, market based, forward looking view to the organisation
• Delivering actionable business intelligence insights to the company’s strategy development and all key stakeholders
• Identifying growth opportunities and working with Product Management and Sales Management on product development and deployment, with a total portfolio view
• Acting as value added consultants and influencers with customers through delivery of impactful and relevant information
• Leading and improving key company planning processes such as strategy cycle, end-to-end product management, promotional investment management

To succeed in this Marketing Manager role you must have at least five years' experience in product management, and category management in the FMCG industry.

Key Requirements:

• University degree or higher degree preferably in marketing (MBA or equivalent titles is considered a plus)
• Brand/ consumer campaign success is an advantage
• Experience in food industry is a strong plus
• Proficient in English and computer literate
• Strong analytical, strategic and presentation skills with high personal drive
