About the Performance Marketing Manager Role: The Performance Marketing Manager will drive qualified lead generation through the effective use of various digital marketing channels, analyse performance and lead a team.
Lead the digital team and achieve digital marketing targets, including conversion and campaigning
Plan and execute digital marketing with various objectives from awareness to conversion on several social channels
Create and implement an acquisition marketing plan across core digital channels, including budget planning
Drive volume though focusing on the top of the funnel, optimise marketing budget to maximise cost per acquisition (CPA) and to ensure that creatives and messaging are built with conversion in mind
Own parts of the marketing technology stack to ensure that we are using the correct channels to attract the right customers
To succeed in this Performance Marketing Manager role, you must be comfortable with targets that include lead generation, lead a team, and have experience in core digital channels.
Minimum of five years of work experience in start-up or digital agency
Strong understanding and executional skills in performance marketing
Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools,Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook Business Manager
Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English verbal and written communication skills
