About the e-Commerce Manager Role:
As an e-Commerce Manager, your primary focus will be to manage sales, pricing, promotions and analysis. This role includes negotiation and e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services by external partners in areas such as information technology, fulfilment and logistics, and payment processing
• Ensure a smooth order flow through all operations systems and interfaces – from order placement to last mile delivery
• Optimise business processes to increase operating efficiency and enable increased focus on strategic, value-adding activities. Provide reporting and KPIs
• Managing operations costs of e-commerce project: planning and budgeting, negotiations, control and optimisation
• Determine which of the organisation’s products/services should be sold and ensuring promotion of the products/services remains relevant
• Review and analyse e-commerce partners’ platforms/websites to develop recommendations for improvement
• Create and maintain appropriate Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of e-commerce operations

To succeed in this e-Commerce Manager, you must be comfortable with sales, promotions and pricing

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five years in e-commerce
• Solid operations experience with proven organisation
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to make data driven decisions and push them to life
