About the Head of Performance Marketing Role:
As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will ensure paid media generates good quality traffic to support conversion rates for customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the media agency to create media strategy for all brand doing digital campaign in order to achieve campaign KPIs on a monthly basis
• Evaluate and negotiate media investment required to have cost efficiency
• Monitor ongoing campaigns in order to see performance trend on daily basis and take required action to optimise the campaign
• Compile daily performance report from multiple dashboards
• Build good relationships with big digital media platform (Facebook and Google) in order to have quick response on issues, prioritised on their beta product testing, and get market insights
• Create campaign budgets
• Approve annual and monthly digital campaign strategies

To succeed in this Head of Performance Marketing role, you must be comfortable in handling campaign budgets, dealing with external parties and monitoring ongoing campaigns.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of seven years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably from a media agency or e-commerce background
• Good knowledge of Google AdWords
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
