About the Digital Marketing Lead Role:
The Digital Marketing Lead drives qualified conversion through the effective use of various digital marketing channels to analyse performance and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital team and achieve digital marketing targets, including conversion and campaigning
• Plan and execute digital marketing with various objectives from awareness to conversion on several social channels
• Create and implement an acquisition marketing plan across core digital channels, including budget planning
• Drive volume through focusing on the top of the funnel, optimise marketing budget to maximise Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and to ensure that creatives and messaging are built with conversion in mind
• Own parts of the marketing technology stack to ensure that we are using the correct channels to attract the right customers

To succeed in this Digital Marketing Lead role, you must be comfortable with targets that include lead generation. You must also be able to lead a team and have experience in core digital channels.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five years' work experience in an established or FMCG environment
• Strong understanding of and executional skills in performance marketing
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook Business Manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
