About the Senior e-Commerce Manager Role (Jakarta based):
The Senior e-Commerce Manager (Jakarta based) will define the overall category roadmap, create end-to-end category strategies, and ensure sales targets for the baby and toys category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the overall category roadmap and improve category performance all across channels (online and offline) by developing merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve the sales targets set
• Lead end-to-end category-specific strategy related for baby and toys
• Liaise and be supportive with other internal teams (business functions and product tech) to support all category growth initiatives
• Hire, train, lead and manage a team of managers and executives to help grow both the online and offline business for Lilla as well as identifying business opportunities through brand and/or category assortment that are innovative and trending within the mom and baby category
• Conduct the research and monthly analysis competitive landscape, customers behaviour toward the category, and latest market trends to identify and generate new ideas that drive the category growth (market share, improve customer experience and conversion)
• Manage and monitor the commerce’s P&L – including target achievement and ensuring profitable bottom line for the omni channels

To succeed in this Senior e-Commerce Manager role (Jakarta based), you must be comfortable with creating end-to-end category strategies, understand market trends and generate new concepts in sales while monitoring P&L

Key Requirements:

• Six years’ experience in category/e-commerce
• Preferably with a background in retail or e-commerce
• Understands market trends
• Solutions-oriented
• Strong in communications both verbally and written
