About this GM e-Commerce Commercial Role:
The GM e-Commerce Commercial defines the overall category roadmap and create end-to-end online sales strategies and fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales budget across all online channels
• Lead product assortment across all sites
• Work with Brand Principals and Marketplaces on relationship management and define all digital opportunities
• Work with brand merchandise teams for allocations ensuring the right SKUs are available with the right depth for online channels and mix of fulfilment between DC and O2O
• Develop promotional plans across channels considering agreed merchandise strategy and sales budget
• Manage product placement and category hierarchy on DTC for optimum conversion
• Identify revenue and brand opportunities on product end and provide feedback loop to brand teams
• Manage end-to-end reporting on sales, SOH and sell-throughs
• Work with relevant analytics tools to identify competition analysis and develop strategy to stay ahead of them
• Work with digital marketing teams for using SKU information on marketing channels
• Work with CRM teams on strategy for cross-sell both onsite and offsite

To succeed in this GM e-Commerce Commercial role, you must be comfortable in creating end to end online sales strategies, understand market trends and generate new concepts in sales while monitoring P&L.

Key Requirements:

• Six years’ experience in category/e-commerce
• Preferable background from retail or e-commerce
• Understanding market trends
• Solution oriented
• Strong in communications both verbally and written
