Head of Digital

An exciting Head of Digital job has become available at an established retail company in Indonesia.

About the Head of Digital Role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will initiate all e-commerce strategy and marketing activities in all channels (website and or market places) and align with the marketing team and make sure all merchandise are ready to sell on each channel (website and or market places).

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate all the online activities on every channel (monobrand and market places) in order to get marketing plan and sales budget
• Make sure the merchandise is visible to purchase by customer in each channel in order to generate sales conversion
• Align with the brand team to create online promo activity in order to confirmed related with marketing plan
• Align with market places to create and communicate online promo activity in order to execute the promotion
• Supervise traffic and conversion rate on each channels (monobrand and market places) in order to achieve sales budget
• Supervise supply goods process from source until good received on market place and internal warehouse in order to align with marketing plan

To succeed in this Head of Digital role, you must have a strong e-commerce background with digital marketing exposure.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Minimum of 10 years in e-commerce merchandising and digital marketing
• Leadership and time management
• Negotiation skill
• Analytical skil
• Excellence in digital marketing
• English writing and communication skills
