A leading online grocery shopping in Jakarta is looking for a well-experienced Online CRM person. This job requires a person who will be responsible for managing the organisations' CRM.
About the Online CRM role:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company and make the most out of marketing opportunities it offers, such as maintaining good relationship with customer.
- Managing the coordination, analysis and optimisation of the customer activation and retention campaigns, push notifications and email marketing of our local teams
- Conceptualising new activation and retention campaigns, generating ideas and creating proposals for success
- Analysing touch points on the customer journey and building new campaigns based on the habits of our users
- Tailoring marketing messages to individual customer needs based on database segmentation
- Working with other business functions to develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude towards activities.
- BA/BS degree with major in Marketing, Mathematics or Statistics
- 3+years experience in managing email/push notification campaigns
- Background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
- Entrepreneurial and customer-centric mindset
- Strong track-record of hitting targets
- Experience working in a start-up or dynamic high-growth company a plus
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
