What you'll do:
As a Project Director (Property Development)t, you will be at the forefront of our client's operations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead multiple property development projects, ensuring their successful execution. You will conduct comprehensive market feasibility studies, generate innovative designs, and implement effective cost control planning strategies. Additionally, you will manage all aspects of project development, from initial research through to final completion. - Create feasibility studies for existing land banks
- Generate innovative designs for property development projects
- Implement cost control planning strategies
- Review all contracts and cost developments
- Manage annual department budgeting and budget reporting processes
- Oversee projects from research phase through to completion
What you bring:
