What you'll do:

As a Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. You will set KPIs, monitor results, and ensure achievement of results in line with given KPIs. You will also be responsible for updating the marketing calendar regularly according to approved activities. Your role will involve maintaining good relations with third parties both internally and externally for the implementation of all marketing activities. Additionally, you will seek innovative breakthroughs in marketing activities that can help achieve company targets.

  • Set KPIs, monitor results, and ensure achievement of results in line with given KPIs
  • Monitor all Marketing Budget Requests for approval by the Marketing/Sales Director until obtaining approval from the President Director
  • Update the marketing calendar regularly according to approved activities
  • Maintain good relations with third parties both internally and externally for the implementation of all marketing activities
  • Seek innovative breakthroughs in marketing activities that can help achieve company targets
  • Create reports on all marketing activities, competitor analysis both ATL & BTL, and market research analysis

You have proven skills in developing, executing, and managing successful marketing campaigns while measuring their performance through relevant KPIs. With your expertise in integrating digital and traditional marketing strategies such as social media, SEO, print advertising, you can strengthen brand awareness and market reach. Your budget management skills ensure efficient resource allocation to achieve maximum results from each campaign.

  • Ability to design and implement marketing strategies that include market segmentation, target audience, and positioning to achieve business goals and expand market share
  • Ability to develop, execute, and manage effective marketing campaigns, as well as measure and evaluate campaign performance through relevant KPIs
  • Ability to analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify marketing opportunities and adjust relevant marketing strategies
  • Ability to integrate digital and traditional marketing strategies such as social media, SEO, print advertising, and event marketing to strengthen brand awareness and market reach
