About the Marketing Director (Logistics) Role:
As the Marketing Director, reporting to the Commissioners and Shareholders, you will play a key role in the marketing team's continued development and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for business growth and achievement of sales goals in targeted profitability (Selling Warehouse Service, Selling Trucking Service, and Logistics Services)
• Collaborate with the company's business and operational teams to discuss various strategies in the development and implementation of marketing systems
• Measure and report marketing performance and marketing team performance (Contract Management and Outstanding)
• Conducting trade market research and ups and down trends to maximise company sales
• Determine prices according to existing market research with the Board of Directors as one of the Pricing Committees
• Develop sales strategy and marketing strategy
• Create good relationships with key customers

To succeed in this role, you will need to have exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, as well as the ability to develop all marketing efforts, which include strong brand and marketing management as well as public relations and build a positive brand reputation.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Director
• Master's or bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Visionary and strategic thinking
• Mastery of data analysis and interpretation (familiar with technology)
• Possesses a coaching and mentoring attitude
• Clear and firm in making decisions
• Experience in FMCG (supply chain), logistics (dry or cold chain marketing) industry
• Strong network within the FMCG industry
