About the CEO (Hospital) Role:
In this role, you will be partnering with internal and external teams to strengthen the company's brand position in the market, and the execution process of marketing plans to reach vital customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with CEO and the hospital's director to create business plans and marketing packets to achieve sales targets
- Create and maintain strong agency partnerships to deliver excellent support to the business
- Manage insurance, key corporate accounts, BPJS and private sector
- Lead team marketing and digital marketing promotions to meet sales targets
- Develop materials for hospital accreditation needs
- Organise medical events and public events to help grow the public patient segment
- Establish and maintain relationships with doctors
To succeed in this CEO (Hospital) role, you should have strong leadership capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or related
- Seven years’ experience in hospital marketing, including digital marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Proactive, driven and results-oriented
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Prior experience in marketing is mandatory
- Multiple industry experience is an advantage
- Strong resilience to thrive in a high-performing culture
