About this Head of Marketing Role:
The Head of Marketing is responsible for all branding, marketing strategy, ,marketing communications, digital, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Having a sense of creativity and being able to understand the customer driven approach to develop effective marketing campaigns
• Create the digital marketing presence, loyalty and acquisition
• Plan a holistic marketing campaign with focus more on the tactical campaign to ensure marketing and sales are aligned
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programmes, strategies and budgets
• Prepare and demonstrate presentations of various marketing strategies internally and externally
• Conceptualise and execute multi-channel campaigns across prospect and customer life cycles, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels incl. media planning and agency management
• Expand business and marketing cooperation for the company in Indonesia and across the region
• Understand the concept of omnichannel and able to work in a regional team

To succeed in this Head of Marketing role, you must be comfortable with creating marketing strategies, have experience in omnichannel, and be able to work in a regional team while handling a team.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum five years’ experience in marketing or related filed
• Ability to lead a team with strong leadership skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to conceptualise broadly across various solutions, yet enjoys operating at hands-on level
• Acute business sense and well-honed financial sensitivity
• Strong understanding of consumer trends and cultural insights
