About the Head of Public Relations Role:
As the Head of Public Relations, you will lead the public relations strategy, pitch brand stories, improve company engagement and maintain relations with the media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the public relations team
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the most influential regional and local media in Indonesia
• Create content such as press releases, thought leadership articles, executive media briefings, and speeches for executives
• Speak on behalf of the company in interviews and press conferences
• Organise and oversee media events
• Effectively manage programmes to mitigate the negative impact of incidents affecting Ajaib
• Analyse metrics to determine the output and value of PR results and use the data as a critical planning tool

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable in developing media relations strategies, press releases, understanding market trends.

Key Requirements:

• Eight years of experience in the PR field or related experience in high-profile corporate reputation management, public affairs, crisis communications, or issues management
• Strong existing media relationships with editors, reporters, and thought leaders
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including legal, product, marketing, and partnership teams
• Strong writing and story-telling skills
• Excellent command of Indonesian and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in public relations in an agency is preferred
• Experience working in a fast-growth company and technology sector
