An international automotive brand is seeking an experienced and creative Head of Marketing (Automotive) to drive brand strategy, communication, and campaign execution across Indonesia. This role plays a critical part in building brand desirability and customer engagement in one of the most competitive markets in Asia.

About the Head of Marketing (Automotive) Role:

Reporting directly to the Country Managing Director, you will lead the marketing communications, brand management, and customer engagement strategy to strengthen the company’s positioning and drive sales through effective 360° marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and brand strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Manage ATL and BTL campaigns to enhance brand awareness and product desirability

  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, and PR initiatives to engage new audiences

  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and regional marketing teams for campaign alignment

  • Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and partnerships effectively

What we’re looking for:

A passionate and visionary marketing leader with experience in the automotive sector, capable of building strong brand equity and leading a diverse team to deliver creative and measurable results.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in marketing management, with strong exposure to brand and communications strategy

  • Proven record in leading campaigns that drive both brand value and sales results

  • Excellent understanding of the Indonesian consumer landscape

  • Strong digital marketing and media planning capabilities

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
