About the Product Marketing Manager Role:
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be developing marketing strategies, online campaigns, and building marketing activities related to user acquisition and increasing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies that will help attract and retain consumers in a competitive market
• Implement targeted marketing campaigns that will drive player engagement and generate commercial results
• Create, execute, manage, and analyse marketing strategy and optimise it for maximum ROI; able to create go-to-market strategy, create and manage campaigns with excellent project management skills, strong data-driven campaign performance analysis
• Initiate the strategy to determine the budget, coupon scheme, mechanics, and result projections, execute, and analyse the results
• Collaborate with other marketing teams, management team, product team, and tech team to align and enable infrastructure/tools/support needed for marketing
• Identify key factors to acquire and retain customers. Increase return rate of visitors/users, increase current customer spending/leads, and increase repurchase rate or repeat customers
• Measure and analyse campaigns to determine their effectiveness
• Ensure marketing funds are invested wisely, campaigns should be measured regularly and updated based on the outcome of the analysis

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable with creating marketing strategies, commercial campaigns and user acquisition.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience with a background and passion for investments and technology
• Experience with user acquisition and commercial campaigns
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in an international team environment
• Deep analytical skills and the ability to translate the analysis into an actionable plan
