What you'll do:
As a Mandarin Speaker Lawyer, your role will be pivotal in providing expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters. You'll liaise directly with clients in Mandarin, negotiating complex transactions and drafting meticulous contracts. Your expertise will be crucial in advising clients on governance issues and ensuring their operations are compliant with all relevant laws. With your keen eye for detail, you'll conduct thorough legal research, identify potential risks and devise proactive solutions.

Your excellent communication skills will enable you to advise clients effectively on critical governance issues. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success in this role.
- 3-5 years of working experience as a Lawyer
- Fluency in speaking Mandarin is essential
- Experience working in a Law firm is required
- PERADI license is preferable but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
