What you'll do:
As a Competition/Antitrust Associate Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in assisting, advising, and representing clients in matters of competition and antitrust. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working closely with the M&A team to secure approvals from regulatory bodies, handling competition law elements of various business operations such as distribution agreements, restructurings, and merger filings. You will also collaborate with the litigation practice to handle civil and criminal antitrust litigation matters. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating complex legal landscapes and ensuring the best outcomes for your clients.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Competition/Antitrust Associate Lawyer position brings 5-6 years of experience in a similar role. You have proven experience in M&A transactions and have handled competition law matters effectively. While possession of a PERADI license is preferred, it's not mandatory. Your excellent English skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
