What you'll do:
As a Banking M&A Associate at Tarigan & Partners, you will play a crucial role in advising on acquisition transactions, providing strategic legal guidance. You will have the opportunity to work closely with financial institutions and fintech clients, drafting and reviewing transaction documents and contracts. Your role will also involve conducting due diligence and managing regulatory compliance. Furthermore, you will be supporting senior associates and partners in complex M&A deals.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Banking M&A Associate position at Tarigan & Partners brings 2-3 years of experience from a reputable law firm. They have proven experience in acquisition transactions and have worked with financial institutions or fintech clients. A PERADI license would be advantageous. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
