An Associate (General Corporate and M&A) job has become available at a prominent law firm which has outstanding experience in the Indonesia market. This position will be reporting to the partner and will be stationed in Jakarta.

About the Associate (General Corporate and M&A) Role:
Your day-to-day tasks involve reviewing contracts as well as providing legal advice to your sector in the general corporate and M&A matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist, advise, and represent your clients
• Review and drafting relevant contracts
• Report to the Senior Associate and Partner at the Ccorporate and M&A working group

To succeed in this Associate (General Corporate and M&A) role, you should be experienced in contract drafting and have a good understanding of the limited liability law, BW, and commercial acumen.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years' experience as a lawyer at a global reputation law firm or five years’ experience at law firms in Indonesia
• Experience representing multinational/local companies on general corporate matters
• Experience leading a team is a plus
• Deep knowledge of general corporate matters such as Legal due diligence, regulatory, permit and licensing, and compliance
• Excellent analytical skills with a driven and ambitious attitude
