About the Associate (General Corporate Matters) Role:
Your day-to-day tasks involve reviewing contracts as well as providing legal advice to your sector in the general corporate and M&A matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist, advise, and represent your clients
• Review and drafting relevant contracts
• Report to the Senior Associate and Partner at the Corporate & M&A working group

To succeed in this Associate (General Corporate Matters) role, you should be experienced in contract drafting and have a good understanding of the limited liability law, BW, and commercial acumen.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years' experience as a lawyer at a global reputation law firm or five years’ experience at law firms in Indonesia
• Experience representing both the private side and the government side
• Deep knowledge of general corporate matters such as regulatory, permit and licensing, and compliance
• Excellent analytical skills with a driven and ambitious attitude
