One of the biggest multinational law firms in Jakarta is currently seeking an Associate - Equity Capital Market. In this job, you will strengthen their capital market practice group.

About the Associate - Equity Capital Market Role:
Your day-to-day tasks involve reviewing contracts as well as providing legal advice in the capital market practice group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist, advise, and represent your clients in matters of capital market
• Report to the partner at the capital market practice group

To succeed in this Associate - Equity Capital Market role, you must be experienced in capital market and have a good understanding in the areas of capital market and bond issuance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of four years' experience as a lawyer at a global reputation law firm or five years’ experience at law firms in Indonesia
• Capital market experience from an international law firm is an advantage
• Deep knowledge of the Indonesian capital market laws and regulations is a must
• Commercial and business awareness, with outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Exposure to international offerings, securities advice, offshore offering, derivative transactions
• Good knowledge of public M&A
• Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple projects
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail with flawless English documentation
• Good understanding of the key risks and issues involved in cross-border transactions
