• Direct the preparation and maintenance of legal data and documentation to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility for internal stakeholders.
• Support the Corporate Secretary Manager in fulfilling statutory obligations and preparing board materials for executive decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the HR department, CEO, Board of Directors, and shareholders throughout all stages of legal proceedings and corporate governance activities.
