What you'll do:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the management, across functions and external stakeholders including regulators.
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
• Experience handling mergers & acquisitions or other strategic transactions.
• Expertise in handling industrial relation matters and dispute management.
• Willingness to do site visits.
