What you'll do:

As Head of Legal, you will be entrusted with safeguarding the organisation’s reputation by providing sound legal advice across all areas of operation. • Proven track record of managing complex legal matters including corporate governance, contract negotiation, intellectual property rights, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling you to communicate clearly with both technical experts and non-specialists across all levels of the organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Experience overseeing external counsel relationships as well as managing interactions with government agencies or regulators.
• Strong organisational skills allowing you to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously without compromising attention to detail.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through participation in training opportunities or industry forums.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly desirable for effective stakeholder engagement.
