We’re Hiring: Senior Legal Role at a Leading FMCG Company

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Legal, you will be responsible for:

• Providing expert legal support for International Business & Expansion, including navigating cross-border regulations and ensuring compliance with international laws.
• Managing Corporate Actions, such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments, structured financing, and other transactional matters.
• Collaborating closely with the CEO Office on strategic initiatives related to business growth, commercial operations, and marketing activities.
• Overseeing Digital and Intellectual Property matters to protect the company’s assets and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Supporting legal aspects of Supply Chain Management & Logistics, ensuring smooth operations while mitigating risks.

Qualifications & Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Professional proficiency in English.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university; a Master’s degree in law or business-related fields is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience working in a top-tier law firm, experience as an in-house counsel, preferably within the FMCG or related industries is a plus.
• Membership in PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association).
• Strong expertise in corporate law, cross border M&A transactions, intellectual property rights, commercial contracts, and international expansions.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government authorities.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
