Litigation Lead - Manufacturing, Heavy Equipment

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lead to join with a multinational company on a 12-16 month contract basis. Based in Jakarta, this role will be instrumental in managing and overseeing litigation matters, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective legal risk management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all litigation and dispute resolution matters across Indonesia.

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to disputes, claims, and settlements.

• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on potential litigation risks.

• Collaborate with internal teams to prevent and mitigate legal disputes.

• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Maintain proper records and documentation for all litigation-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable Indonesian university is required.

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house roles.

• Strong understanding of Indonesian civil, commercial, and administrative litigation processes.

• Licensed to practice in Indonesia (PERADI).

• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and thrive under pressure.

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
