What you'll do:

As Head of Legal and Regional Legal Counsel based in Bogor, you will play a central role in guiding the organisation through complex legal landscapes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing expert advice on regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions while developing policies that protect the organisation’s interests. You will oversee contract management processes from negotiation through execution, manage relationships with external counsel and regulators, lead internal investigations when required, monitor legislative changes impacting business operations, support strategic transactions such as mergers or acquisitions with thorough due diligence work, deliver engaging training sessions to staff on critical legal issues, prepare insightful reports for senior management highlighting risks and developments in the legal sphere, and champion ethical conduct throughout the company.
