What you'll do:
As a Senior Manager - Corporate Legal Holding, you will be at the forefront of our client's diverse business operations. Your expertise will be crucial in providing legal advice on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, among others. You will also oversee all legal matters for the company's manufacturing, mining, and real estate divisions. Your role extends beyond traditional responsibilities as you will assist in strategic decision-making by offering valuable legal insights and risk assessments. Leading the legal team to ensure best practices are followed across all functions will also fall under your purview.
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business transactions.
- Oversee and manage all legal matters for the company’s manufacturing, mining, and real estate divisions.
- Assist in strategic decision-making by offering legal insights and risk assessments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations across the company’s diverse portfolio.
- Manage litigation, disputes, and regulatory matters.
- Liaise with external counsel and stakeholders on legal matters as necessary.
- Lead the legal team and ensure best practices are followed across all legal functions.
- Monitor industry trends and legal developments that could impact the company’s business.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law.
