About the Associate - Corporate Commercial & M&A Role:
As the Associate - Corporate Commercial & M&A, you will work closely with the Partner and Senior Associate to support many multinational clients in their legal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation
• Conduct thorough due diligence and offering guidance on the optimal structure for M&A transactions
• Advise clients on pertinent laws and issues, encompassing regulatory and compliance matters
• Formulate legal strategies, delivering legal opinions, and, when necessary, engaging in legal research
• Provide expert advice on general corporate matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with multinational clients, serving as a trusted legal advisor
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry trends to provide proactive legal solutions
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor of Law Degree from a reputable university
• Minimum of five years of experience in M&A and general corporate matters

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
