An exciting Head of IT Business Process has just become available at one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia. The role reports directly to the Vice President of IT and is based in Jakarta.
About Head of IT Business Process role:
The successful Head of IT Business Process will be responsible in managing a team of Business Analysts for two or more process areas, a conduit between Business Stakeholders and the IT organization through business partnering.
Key KPIs would be to identify process improvement opportunities, develop business case, implement new systems, support existing systems and assist VP IT in developing the IT organization.
- Assist the VP IT in defining IT strategy and overall IT portfolio management.
- Identify improvement opportunities in current business processes and explore ways how IT can add value.
- Identify and propose IT solutions, present business case/proposal, impact and benefit analysis, manage solution implementation.
- Negotiate and agree on performance criteria (balancing costs, time, risk and functionality) with users and application development team.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews.
- Manage a team of Business Analysts; develop talent through continuous coaching and mentoring.
- Bachelor's Degree in either one of the following: Information Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management Accounting.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Has been working minimum 5 years in Senior IT Management role.
- Working knowledge of SAP system
- Working Knowledge of IT Systems; Analytics, Data Warehouse (Information Management)
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure Technology.
