What you'll do:

- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, job scoping, sourcing strategies, screening processes, interviewing protocols, offer management procedures, and onboarding handover.
- Operate Lever ATS as the central platform for all hiring activities by maintaining data accuracy, preparing reports for management review, and enforcing process discipline throughout recruitment operations.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand evolving talent requirements, prioritise critical roles, set realistic timelines, and provide market insights that inform decision-making.
- Maintain accountability for hiring outcomes by monitoring progress against targets, managing candidate pipelines efficiently, and ensuring timely delivery of recruitment solutions.
- Champion a consistent and positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey by implementing best practices in communication and feedback.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian banking regulations as well as internal policies by overseeing audit documentation requirements (including OJK standards) and supporting regulatory reporting needs.
- Prepare detailed reports for regulatory bodies, audits, and management teams covering headcount planning, hiring justifications, approval workflows, and other key metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within recruitment processes through automation tools, innovative approaches to sourcing candidates, and data-driven analysis of performance metrics.
- Utilise assessment tools such as psychological testing in accordance with banking industry standards to enhance selection quality while maintaining fairness and transparency.
- Plan and execute impactful recruitment events including job fairs, campus hiring drives, and employer branding campaigns aimed at strengthening the organisation’s talent pipeline.

- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing recruitment in Indonesian banking—especially OJK requirements—as well as audit standards related to documentation and approvals.
