About the Recruitment Manager (Pharmaceutical) Role:
This is an opportunity to be part of a pharmaceutical company and work with some of the smartest people in their fields and specialities in Bintaro, Indonesia as a Recruitment Manager (Pharmaceutical). You will plan, develop, implement, and administer HR programmes for company employees especially in Sales Force. You will also be responsible for development and integration of human resource programmes and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. You will have ample opportunity to flex and hone your interpersonal communication skills and collaborate with great leadership teams in Bintaro Sector 7, Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor all recruitment process
• Ensure recruitment processes are in accordance with procedures based on recruitment policy - develop and improve current recruitment processes
• Be responsible for the recruitment process for experienced hires (job posting, screening, interview, conducting test, background checking, offering and onboarding)
• Be responsible for the campus recruitment programme including maintaining effective communications with campus representatives
• Create monthly new hires forecast report

To succeed in this Recruitment Manager (Pharmaceutical) role, you will need the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior management teams and across borders.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.00
• Proven experience in related job for at least seven years hiring for a commercial team and IT team
• Good analytical thinking and business awareness
• Proficiency in English is beneficial
• Placement: Head Office, Bintaro sector 7
