An established leader in their industry has engaged us to secure a high-calibre Talent Sourcing and Employer Branding Manager. As a critical member of their executive leadership team, to build the most robust employer branding program and activities for the company.
About the Talent Sourcing and Employer Branding Manager Role:
In this critical role you will be responsible for leading and creating a more strategic employer branding framework, delivering the highest quality of talent sourcing and pipelining alongside with all the senior leaders. You will also take the lead providing direction to all related activities, within organisation development and talent management scope.
- Develop a rolling annual plan to grow targeted sourcing channels and deploy various attraction plans
- Develop a feasible strategy to attract high qualified talent in the market
- Work collaboratively with the regional team in a high-pressured environment and take a hands-on approach
- Create, implement, sustain and improve all human resources systems to ensure compliance with local policies and external regulations
- Support global and regional initiatives as and when required
- Experience in leading a large recruitment service either within an agency environment or within an in-house recruitment function (preferably in the finance or banking sector)
- A good understanding of the Indonesia recruitment market and local/global sourcing channels
- Experience working with large multinational companies is a must
- Proven experience in developing targeted sourcing strategies to grow a candidate pipeline/database
- Experience in working with business workforce plans to forecast resourcing requirements is mandatory
