Reporting directly to the Senior HRGA Manager, this is a role for an Industrial Relations and General Affairs Professional who is a leader in their field.

About the IR and GA Manager (based in Cikupa) Role:
In this critical role, you will develop and manage the industrial relations, employee relations, labour union relations, external relations, general affairs, building and facility management, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster positive employee engagement and Union relationships across all plants
• Maintain relations with local communities, government institutions, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth licensing processes and stay updated on permit regulations
• Stay updated on plant operation regulations to ensure compliance
• Maintain and improve buildings, offices, and non-production facilities, identifying replacement needs
• Oversee general services including security, transportation, maintenance, cleaning, courier services, supplies, catering, and gardening
• Promote a safe and clean workplace environment

To succeed in this IR and GA Manager (based in Cikupa) job, you must have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with the senior management team and all employees.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or other related fields
• Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years' IR and GA working experience with three years as an IR and GA Manager, preferably within manufacturing companies
• Passionate about people, ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of different people and at all levels in the organisation
• Strong leadership and people management skills with good problem identification and problem solving skills
• Display proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian
• Thorough knowledge of permit and license related to Plant operations
• ISO 14001:2015 certified
