What you'll do:

As an Organization Development & Learning Assistant Manager, your days will be filled with diverse tasks that keep our client's HR operations running smoothly. You'll take charge of managing the organization chart, ensuring it accurately mirrors the company's structure. Your keen eye will be put to good use as you conduct thorough job assessments. Leading a team responsible for training, recruitment, and organisation, your leadership skills will truly shine. If you're familiar with Workday software, that's a bonus - but don't worry if not; your eagerness to learn is what really counts.

  • Conduct comprehensive job assessments to determine roles and responsibilities

What you bring:

In the role of Organization Development & Learning Assistant Manager, your extensive experience (5-8 years) in HR or a related field will be invaluable. Your strong understanding of HR practices and principles will guide your decision-making process. Experience with Workday or similar HR software would be beneficial but isn't essential - we value your willingness to learn new systems.
