What you'll do:
As Head of Training, you will play an instrumental role in shaping our client's workforce within the automotive industry. Your primary responsibility will be to develop comprehensive training programs that align with business objectives. You will oversee all aspects of these programs, ensuring their efficient delivery and measurable impact. Additionally, you will lead the creation of standardized local training policies to ensure consistent quality across all initiatives. A significant part of your role will involve designing a systematic curriculum tailored specifically to the Indonesian market. This includes continuous updates and improvements to course content. You will also be tasked with identifying, recruiting, and nurturing a pool of qualified part-time instructors.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Head of Training position brings a wealth of experience from the automotive industry along with proven expertise in training. You should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering. With at least 8 years' experience in the automotive industry under your belt, you have spent at least 5 years focusing on automotive training. Your strong written and verbal communication skills are complemented by fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Proficiency in MS Office, video editing, AI tools, and other training-related software is essential for this role. Above all else, you have a proven ability to manage and develop teams, demonstrating your commitment to nurturing talent and driving success.
