An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Implementation Specialist to join a global team and play a pivotal role in transformation activities. This role offers the chance to collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams on a global scale, leading payroll insourcing initiatives and ensuring seamless integration of new payroll vendors/services. What you'll do:

As a Payroll Implementation Specialist, your role will be integral to the success of our global transformation activities. You'll work closely with senior payroll leads and other specialists across the globe, playing a key part in activating and implementing new payroll services. Your expertise will be crucial in leading insourcing initiatives, transitioning processes from vendors to in-house systems. With your keen eye for detail, you'll audit data integrity between our HCM (Workday) and other software, ensuring all information is current, accurate and compliant.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT teams to activate and implement new payroll vendors/services.
  • Lead payroll insourcing initiatives, transitioning payroll processes from vendors or to in-house systems.
  • Analyse, interpret and transform payroll data.
  • Audit data integrity between our HCM (Workday) and other payroll software.
  • Provide day-to-day administration of payroll processing functions ensuring that information and processes are current, accurate and compliant.
  • Coordinate with different business partners and maintain an overall view of the transformation project.

What you bring:

As our ideal Payroll Implementation Specialist, you bring a wealth of experience in transitioning multi-country level payrolls with a focus on insourcing and vendor management. Your strong knowledge of best practices and regulations within the industry will be invaluable as you lead our insourcing initiatives. Your outstanding organisational skills coupled with your proficiency in Microsoft Office will enable you to analyse, interpret and transform complex payroll data effectively. Your excellent attention to detail will ensure accuracy across all processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting or any related field.
  • Outstanding organisational and data analysis skills.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of payroll experience transitioning payroll at multi-country level with a focus on insourcing and vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll best practices and relevant regulations.
  • Proven ability to work with reporting systems.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify issues and errors.
  • Ability to work across various areas of the organisation to ensure proper stakeholder alignment as needed.
