What you'll do:

As Head of Human Resources, you will play an instrumental role in shaping both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the HR function.   • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis using HR metrics, HRIS reports, and talent management systems to inform data-driven decision making across all HR functions.
  • Develop and execute forward-thinking HR strategies that are closely aligned with overall business objectives, including workforce planning activities and the Annual People Plan (APP).
  • Supervise the implementation of robust performance management frameworks as well as talent development initiatives such as succession planning and leadership development programmes.
