- Implement advanced HRIS solutions and people analytics tools to automate processes; provide data-driven recommendations to management for improved retention, productivity, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
- Lead the General Affairs function by managing facilities (offices/factories/warehouses), asset registers (non-production), office administration services (supplies/travel/events), security/safety programmes (including emergency preparedness), vendor relationships (cleaning/security/maintenance), transportation logistics (vehicles/drivers), corporate administration (licenses/permits), cost control/budgeting for GA activities, process improvements/automation in GA systems/SOPs/audit readiness; supervise daily operations of GA staff ensuring service quality.
