What you'll do:

As Chief of Human Resources, you will be entrusted with aligning HR strategy with business objectives while acting as a key advisor to senior leadership. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve designing robust policies, cultivating an inclusive workplace culture, driving staff development initiatives, overseeing customer service teams, collaborating across departments for cohesive operations, and representing the organisation’s values at every opportunity.
