  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Committee to translate business strategy into HR priorities and workforce plans.

What you'll do:

As Chief Human Resources Officer based in Jakarta, you will play an integral part in shaping the future of the company. Your daily responsibilities will involve partnering with senior leaders to craft people strategies that drive business success while upholding core values of inclusivity and ethical conduct. You will oversee all facets of human resources management from recruitment through to employee engagement initiatives ensuring each process reflects both regulatory requirements and cultural expectations. By leading transformation projects aimed at strengthening organisational health and workforce capability, you will help create an environment where every employee can thrive. Your ability to foster open communication channels will be essential in building trust across teams while your commitment to continuous improvement ensures ongoing alignment with evolving business needs.   • Collaborate closely with the CEO and Executive Committee to develop and implement people strategies that support overall business objectives and compliance.
  • Oversee all aspects of human resources management including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organisational design.
  • Champion initiatives that foster an inclusive, values-driven culture where employees feel engaged, supported, and motivated to contribute their best work every day.
  • Lead business transformation projects focused on enhancing organisational health by improving processes, structures, and capabilities across all levels of the company.
  • Ensure robust governance frameworks are in place to maintain full compliance with the principles as well as local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies that anticipate future needs while nurturing current talent through targeted training opportunities and career development programmes.


What you bring:


To excel as Chief Human Resources Officer, you will bring significant experience from senior HR positions where you have shaped people agendas aligned with broader business goals. Your expertise spans all areas of human resources management from designing robust talent pipelines through orchestrating large-scale change programmes that enhance both operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

You possess deep insight into how regulatory frameworks including those specific compliant businesses, influence HR policies; if not already familiar with these nuances you demonstrate eagerness for ongoing learning via structured training opportunities provided by the employer.

  • Minimum +10 years progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior or executive HR roles within financial services, insurance, banking, or highly regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of business governance, ethical HR practices, and Indonesia’s regulatory landscape.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation, talent strategy, and organisational development.
  • Experience managing distribution work forces is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and cultural alignment with the company's values.
