What you'll do:
As VP of Human Resources, you will play an instrumental role in guiding the direction of all people-related activities within this organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with senior leaders to ensure alignment between HR priorities and strategic objectives. - Champion best practices in industrial relations by fostering open communication channels between employees and management while maintaining compliance with Indonesian labour laws.

- Represent the organisation at external events or forums related to human resources management as required.
What you bring:
To excel in this role, your background should demonstrate substantial experience leading large-scale HR functions within complex organisations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline is essential for this role.
- A minimum of 15 years’ professional experience in human resources with at least 5 years spent in senior HR leadership roles demonstrates your ability to manage complex teams and projects successfully.
- Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies that support organisational growth while promoting employee wellbeing is highly valued.
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian labour laws combined with practical experience managing industrial relations issues enables you to maintain compliance while fostering positive relationships between staff and management.
