What you'll do:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline is required for this role.
  • At least 12 years of progressive experience within human resources functions—including no less than 5 years spent in a senior HR business partnering or leadership capacity—is essential.
  • Proven track record of success in strategic business partnering roles where you have driven change management initiatives and supported organisational development.
  • Deep understanding of financial management principles including budgeting processes, cost control mechanisms, and application of workforce analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling you to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments—particularly with finance teams—to align people strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local labour laws combined with experience implementing compliant HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience designing performance management frameworks that connect individual contributions to key organisational outcomes is highly desirable.
