HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR A leading financial services organisation in Indonesia is searching for a Human Resources Director to guide its HR function through an exciting period of growth and transformation. What you'll do:
As Human Resources Director, you are required to have a blend of leadership, regulatory understanding, and people-centric strategy to shape a compliant, high-performing, and ethical organization.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business and regulatory goals
- Partner with executive leadership to shape organizational design, talent strategy, and long-term workforce planning
- Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance functions to ensure all HR practices comply with OJK, BI, and AML regulations
- Ensure HR policies, contracts, and disciplinary actions meet Indonesian labor law and financial industry standards

- Build a high-performance leadership pipeline across business and support functions
- Serve as senior advisor on employee relations, dispute resolution, and mediation
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for Human Resources Director will bring a wealth of experience from previous roles in regulated environments where attention to detail is paramount. Your understanding of both local legislation and international standards will enable you to navigate complex compliance landscapes confidently.

Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within banking, fintech, insurance, or multi-finance sectors

Proven understanding of OJK/BI regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and employment law in Indonesia

Strong background partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management teams

Demonstrated experience in building HR governance frameworks and leading audits or regulatory inspections.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English both written and verbal
