What you'll do:
As the Head of Human Resources Division, you will be responsible for leading your team in developing and implementing HR strategies that are aligned with the overall business strategy. You will play a key role in bridging management and employee relations, managing recruitment processes, supporting business needs through human capital development, and nurturing a positive working environment. Your expertise in manufacturing, employee relations, industrial relations, HR generalist roles, and learning development will be crucial to your success in this role.
