What you'll do:

As the Head of Human Resources, your role will be central to shaping the organisation's human capital strategy. You will tackle complex challenges related to employee relations, organisational development, and regulatory compliance. Your decision-making skills will be crucial in resolving conflicts and implementing HR policies effectively. You will interact with executives, department heads, and employees at all levels, positioning you at the heart of the company’s organisational structure.
