As the HR Manager, your role will encompass the management of all HR functions, including recruitment, talent development, industrial & employee relations, performance management and compliance.

What you'll do:

As the HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of our human resources strategy. Your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies that align with labour laws and our company's high standards. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you guide a team of dedicated HR professionals towards achieving our organisational goals.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company standards
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes to ensure that the company attracts and retains the best talent
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive and productive workplace culture
  • Manage performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and coaching
